Job summary

Tata Elxsi in Thiruvananthapuram seeks an MBD Engineer with 4–8 years in control systems for automotive or aerospace, following ASPICE and ISO26262/DO178C processes.

You will develop and review software requirements, design and model using Simulink/Stateflow, and generate code with Embedded Coder/TargetLink. Hands-on HILS testing and static analysis experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years experience developing control systems for ASW products.
• Experience following ASPICE and ISO26262/DO178C based processes.
• Experience in automotive or aerospace domain.
• Experience with FOC based PMSM motor controls desirable.
• Develop and Review Software Requirements from Systems Requirements.
• Design and Develop Code Generatable Models using Simulink / Stateflow.
• Good experience in code generation using Embedded Coder/TargetLink.
• Good experience in testing and debugging developed software on HILS/integration bench set up.
• Experience with ISO26262 and AUTOSAR compliant Model Development if automotive domain.
• Experience in DO178C/DO331 compliant model development if aerospace domain.
• Knowledge about Configuration / Version Control Management.
• Support for Software Integration & Defect Analysis.

MBD Engineer with 4-8 years experience in developing Control Systems for delivering the ASW Work Products by following ASPICE and ISO26262/DO178C based processes.

Understand the Customer Specific ASW Development Processes

Experience in developing and tuning control system-based projects in Automotive or Aerospace domain

Experience in FOC based PMSM motor controls desirable

Develop and Review Software Requirements from Systems Requirements

Design and Develop Code Generatable Models using Simulink / Stateflow

Good experience in code generation using embedded Coder/Targetlink

Good experience in testing and debugging developed software on HILS/integration bench set up.

Experience with ISO26262 and AUTOSAR complaint Model Development if experience is in Automotive domain
