Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) invites an experienced Quality professional to lead quality management for Embedded/Automotive/Aerospace projects in Mysuru. The role requires oversight of QMS, process improvements and customer-specific quality deliverables.

The candidate will drive audits, establish KPIs and ensure adherence to ASPICE, CMMI and ISO 9001 standards across multiple engineering initiatives. This leadership position supports critical programs within the Karnataka region.

Qualifications

• Experience of 10+ years in quality management activities with knowledge of ASPICE- Automotive SPICE, CMMI and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience in Project audits, Metrics/KPI data, adoption of QMS for various type of engineering projects, addressing customer specific requirements.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management system and guide the team.

• Embedded /Automotive/Aerospace Experience is Mandatory
• Experience of 10+ years in quality management activities with knowledge of ASPICE- Automative SPICE(Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination), CMMI and ISO 9001 standards.
