Job summary

ZF Group in India is seeking a Technical Lead for AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. You will drive production deployments, design robust data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The role requires 6–9 years of relevant experience and strong hands-on skills in GenAI frameworks and Azure ML. The ideal candidate holds a CS/Engineering/Data Science degree and has experience with Python and Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 6-9 years in AI/ML engineering; 2-4 years in Agentic AI & Generative AI.
• Production deployments using Python, Azure ML, Databricks, GenAI frameworks.
• Hands-on data engineering: robust pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Certifications in Azure AI/ML, Databricks, or Generative AI preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.

Your profile as Technical Lead- AI/ML, Generative AI & Agentic AI:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Any Engineering, Data Science, or a related field


• 6-9 Years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 2-4 Yrs of hands‑on Agentic AI & Generative AI


• Track record of production deployments using Python, Azure ML, Databricks, and GenAI frameworks


• Hands‑on data engineering experience—designing and operating robust pipelines for both structured data and unstructured (text, embeddings)


• Preferred: Certifications in Azure AI/ML, Databricks, or Generative AI specialties


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
