Job summary

Advantmed India LLP is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and mentor a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will own technical delivery and guide architecture decisions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on full-stack/backend development experience.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience.
• Expertise in .NET (C# / .NET Core) and ReactJS.
• Experience with GraphQL and Cosmos DB.
• Strong cloud platform experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience and ability to lead sprints.
• Ability to mentor and guide a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.
• Design and develop backend and full-stack solutions using .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS.
• Architect and deploy solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system designs.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Drive Agile/Scrum processes and lead sprints effectively.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity.

Required Skills
