Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced .NET and frontend professional to own full-stack development leveraging .NET Core and React.

You will architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, drive design reviews, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale apps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Web Applications using .NET and 2+ years in AWS
• Expertise in .NET Framework & .NET Core
• Strong ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, WebAPI, microservices and security
• Authentication/authorization between React and .NET apps
• Hands-on React.js with modern frontend and React Hooks
• Experience with AWS services: Lambda, S3, EventBridge, RDS, CloudWatch
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants to improve productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale apps using .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, Web APIs, and microservices
• Drive full-stack development with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, EventBridge, IAM)
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, B.A.s and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices; lead design reviews
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS services
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability; mentor developers throughout SDLC

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Minimum 10+ years of development experience in Web Applications using .NET Technologies and 2+ years in AWS
• Expertise in .NET Framework & .NET Core Technologies
• Strong development experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, WebAPI, Micro services, authorization & authentication
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure API consumption between React and .NET applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
• Experience with React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useMemo, useCallback).
• Experience with AWS Services like Lambda, S3, EventBridge, RDS, Cloudwatch
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to IaC tools like Terraform
• DevOps experience of Github and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines or similar
• You will write clean, scalable code, with a view towards design patterns and security best practices
• Understanding of Agile methodologies working within the SCRUM framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions
• Lead end-to-end design and development of full stack applications

4. 4 Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
5. 5 Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. Lead technical design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and code reviews.
6. 6 Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS services
7. 7 Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all environments. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
