Job summary

Dynarex Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / .NET Architect to own technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications in Mohali. You will lead developers, review code, and drive architectural decisions using C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Web API, Microservices, SQL Server and Azure.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US/client-facing

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Web API, Microservices, SQL Server and Azure.
• Ability to lead developers, review code, solve complex technical problems, and make sound architectural decisions.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Mentor developers and establish coding and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and client teams, including US/client-facing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Define and implement application architecture, technical standards, and design patterns.
• Lead the development team technically and provide guidance on complex development challenges.
• Perform system design, technical design, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Web APIs and Microservices.
• Identify technical risks and provide scalable solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and establish coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and solution planning.
• Troubleshoot production and application issues.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with US/client-facing teams when required.
