Job summary

Advantmed in Pune is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will mentor engineers, own technical delivery, and translate complex requirements into robust solutions.

You'll design and implement backend and full-stack systems using .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS, deploy on Azure/AWS/GCP, and guide Agile Scrum practices to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack/backend development.
• Proven people management experience and team leadership.
• Expertise in .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading Agile teams.
• Ability to take ownership and accountability for technical delivery and team outcomes.
