Job summary

Optimus Information Inc. is seeking a senior software leader to drive .NET projects using Microsoft technologies. You will lead design, planning, development, and system testing while engaging with presales activities and prototyping to evaluate technical possibilities.

The role requires guiding stakeholders, mentoring teams, and participating in interviews to build strong delivery teams. A deep understanding of modern .NET, Azure, and architectural patterns is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise level software development experience.
• Four-year Computer Science degree with strong academic background.
• Experience with requirement gathering, system design, proposing technical solutions and estimation.
• Experience of exception handling, multi -threaded programming, memory management and application tuning.
• 8+ years of development experience in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery and SQL Server.
• Hands on experience in Azure services (Azure AD, Azure Function, Azure App services, Azure SQL DB ), Service Bus, Event Hub, Event Grid, Cosmos DB.
• Good knowledge of HTML, AI and CSS and IIS configuration is expected.
• Good understanding of presentation layer frameworks like MVC, MVVM, WPF as well of REST and SOAP services.
• Proven experience of using design patterns and SOLID and DRY principles in development work.
• Proven experience of white box testing using NUnit, Visual Studio Test or some other framework.
• Knowledge of source code versioning systems like Git, SVN, TFS etc.
• Cloud fundamentals
• Ability to work as individual contributor as required in projects.
