Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Python, AWS, MongoDB, and MERN Stack.
• Experience in team handling and client management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
