Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack focus.
• Experience in tech leadership roles (Lead/Manager) and people mentorship.
• Strong system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack engineers.
• Define technical direction and set engineering standards.
• Own roadmap execution including planning and delivery.
• Drive architecture decisions for scalable applications.
• Oversee development across Python, Node.js, React, Next.js.
• Design, build, and integrate scalable REST APIs and services.
• Manage cloud infra on AWS; implement IaC with Terraform.
• Collaborate with DB teams using MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Conduct design/code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.

We are looking for an experienced "Senior Tech Lead "to lead a full-stack engineering team, drive technical direction, own delivery, and contribute to the growth and development of engineers.

This is a technical leadership + people management role requiring strong expertise across modern full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, architecture, and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack engineers.
• Provide technical direction and establish engineering standards across the team.
• Own execution of the team's roadmap, including planning, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery.
• Drive architecture and design decisions for scalable full-stack applications.
• Guide development across Python, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Design, develop, and integrate scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Manage and support cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for application data and storage requirements.
• Conduct design and code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
