Job summary

DKC Exports is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive product development from concept to production. This hands-on leadership role will work closely with the CEO and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, mentor developers, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer with excellent communication, proven leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality applications on time.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and agile development.
• Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Strong understanding of common Design Patterns and when to apply them.
• Experience with REST APIs and backend service design.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testing best practices.
• Experience with production deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and server/infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
