Job summary

Infinium Associates seeks an experienced Laboratory Manager in the iron and steel sector to oversee coal, metals, minerals, and other materials testing labs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You will lead QC procedures for raw materials procurement, processing and product testing, coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, and maintain meticulous records of test results, data analysis, and calibration schedules.

Qualifications

• 5-20 years of experience in a similar role within the iron & steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of coal, metals, minerals, and their properties.
• Proven track record in laboratory management or supervision.
