Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in data center environments.
• Support and manage RAID configurations, rack‑mounted equipment, and Enterprise Servers.
• Provide technical support to Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
• Resolve service tickets promptly and document solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Use tools such as Integrated Lights‑Out (ILO) for remote server diagnostics and repair.
• Perform server hardware replacement, configuration, and system‑level troubleshooting.
