Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous on-site field trials for fish and shrimp to collect comprehensive performance and operational data.
• Analyze field trial data to design, develop, and optimize new aquaculture feed ingredients and healthcare product blends.
• Collaborate proactively with the sales and BD teams to translate field data into commercial narratives and support customer-facing technical discussions.
• Conduct training sessions and technical workshops for the sales team and clients to establish product credibility.

Role Overview
The Technical Formulator will lead scientific research, conduct rigorous field trials, gather empirical data, and design innovative aquaculture feed ingredients and healthcare product blends to support Loopworm's product growth pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct rigorous on-site field trials for fish and shrimp to collect comprehensive performance and operational data
2. Analyze field trial data to design, develop, and optimize new aquaculture feed ingredients and healthcare product blends
3. Collaborate proactively with the sales and BD teams to translate field data into commercial narratives and support customer-facing technical discussions
4. Conduct training sessions and technical workshops for the sales team and clients to establish product credibility
Education
Ph.D. in Aquaculture (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fish and shrimp nutrition
Proven expertise in conducting field trials, data analysis, and developing feed ingredients and aquaculture healthcare product formulations/blends
Key Competencies
