Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in New Delhi invites applications for a Technical Facility Executive to oversee engineering operations on-site in Gurugram. The role covers HT/LT substations, DGs, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS, with a 9AM-6PM general shift and a 6-day workweek totaling 48 hours.

Candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelors in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 4–12 years of hands-on technical management in large buildings. JLL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 to 12 years of hands-on technical management in commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate campuses.
• Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, breakdown troubleshooting, team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Operations: Maintain HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS.
• Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive and predictive schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental statutory norms.
• Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts, evaluate performance, and track service level agreements.
• Cost & Energy Control: Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-efficiency projects.
