Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Technical Manager with 10 years in Insurance and Salesforce to lead a 7-8 person engineering team. You will oversee BAU operations, cloud integrations, and ensure delivery of complex Salesforce projects within a hybrid Gurugram setup.

You will coordinate release plans, manage L1.5/L2 support, and drive architectural decisions across integration teams, leveraging Azure, MuleSoft, and web services expertise.

• Insurance industry experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 7-8 member engineering team on Salesforce projects.
• Oversee BAU operations, architecture, and cloud integrations.

10 Years of experience in Insurance and Salesforce. Including Technical Architecture and Engineering Manager of a 7-8 team. BAU, Salesforce Cloud, Salesforce Integration, Web Services Experience. Leading and Supporting L1.5 and L2 teams Integration. Gateway Experience, Salesforce Configuration. Experience Development support for L3 tickets which include bugs, minor enhancements and compliance tickets Release management Experience Coordinating with other integration teams.
