Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Senior Salesforce L2 Support professional in Gurugram to deliver reliable, scalable Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud support. The role calls for 3-5 years of hands-on experience with setup, configuration, administration, and data migration.

You will work on API integrations using SOAP/REST, Apex classes, and related tooling, ensuring high-quality user support and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Data migration and REST/SOAP integration experience.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 Salesforce support for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Configure, customize, and administer Salesforce, including data migration.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs and Apex.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and it's Setup, Configuration, Customization, Administration, Data Migration and deployment of applications to force.com
• Platform for large user groups Integration experience using the Force.com
• SOAP Api and REST API Experienced working on Apex Classes, Controller Classed , Batch Apex, Schedule Apex , triggers and Flow Excellent Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Admin Certification
