Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience guiding technical teams—mentoring developers and empowering admins to do their best work.
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Proven track record delivering high-performance, scalable solutions in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Talent for translating business ambiguity into clear technical direction.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with Visualforce (for legacy system support).
