Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with MES implementations in manufacturing.
• Strong technical background in MES platforms and data integration.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, IT, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, risk management plans, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the technical design, development, configuration, integration, and deployment of MES solutions.
• Ensure MES solutions are compliant with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security policies.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring best practices in MES implementation and integration.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in project management, with a focus on MES implementations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in MES platforms such as Siemens Camstar, Rockwell Software FactoryTalk, SAP MES, or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and data integration.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and project timelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Certifications in MES platforms or related technologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88.
• Experience with software development and integration in a manufacturing context.
