Job summary

Resource Funnel is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead multiple technical initiatives across software and data platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery, align roadmaps with shifting priorities, and coordinate workloads with developers and researchers to ensure timely outcomes.

You will identify risks, implement mitigations, and drive process improvements in project management, documentation and reporting, acting as the bridge between technical delivery and business objectives.

Key Skills And Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex technical or software projects
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development and infrastructure
• Background working with developers in an engineering led environment
• Programming exposure ideally in Java and Integration ecosystem . Real technical work experience atleast 5 years
• Database experience such as SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent
• Experience working with version control and project management tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non technical stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills
• Deep technical expertise in program management, delivering complex technology projects within large organizations
• Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and teams in an agile environment
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks
• Stakeholder management skills, building productive relationships and influencing decisions across tea
