Job summary

Ishvara Tech Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will drive sprint and release planning, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time outcomes and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Technical Project Management / Delivery Management.
• Strong experience in software or technology project delivery.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, sprint planning, estimation and release management.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong dependency, risk, resource, and capacity management skills.
• Comfortable with budgets, forecasts, and delivery variance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Identify delivery bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
• Prepare management and board-ready progress, risk, and forecast reports.
• Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
• Improve project governance, estimation, reporting, and delivery processes.

• Comfortable with project budgets, forecasts, and delivery variance tracking.
• Ability to understand technical discussions and challenge delivery plans constructively.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and escalation skills.
• Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or Product Engineering is preferred.
