Job summary

Resource Funnel is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead multiple complex software and data platform projects end to end. You will build delivery roadmaps, coordinate with developers and researchers, and mitigate delivery risks while aligning technical outcomes with business goals.

The role requires deep program management expertise, strong communication across stakeholders, and experience in agile environments with budget and resource planning responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technical or software projects.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development and infrastructure.
• Background working with developers in an engineering led environment.
• Programming exposure ideally in Java and Integration ecosystem. Real technical work experience at least 5 years.
• Database experience such as SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent.
• Experience working with version control and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Deep technical expertise in program management, delivering complex technology projects within large organizations.
• Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and teams in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks.
• Stakeholder management skills, building productive relationships and influencing decisions across teams.
