Job summary

Resource Funnel seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across software and data platforms in Pune, India. You will build delivery roadmaps, coordinate with developers and researchers, and manage risks, budgets, and stakeholders in an engineering-led environment.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, strong communication, and governance across teams in a permanent full-time setting within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technical or software projects.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development and infrastructure.
• Background working with developers in an engineering led environment.
• Programming exposure in Java and Integration ecosystem; real technical work experience 5+ years.
• Database experience such as SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent.
• Experience working with version control and project management tools.
• Strong communication with the ability to manage technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
• Deep technical expertise in program management, delivering complex technology projects within large organizations.
• Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships.
