Boschgroup is seeking a senior observability consultant to serve as the technical contact for internal Bosch customers using the Datadog platform. You will lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, and solution discussions.
You will translate business needs into observability solutions, support onboarding and migrations, and provide guidance on monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.

Support customer onboarding, migrations, proof-of-concepts, and adoption initiatives.
Provide technical guidance for complex observability and monitoring requirements.
Design scalable monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies.
Advise development and operations teams on observability best practices.
Collaborate with product owners and service managers of other Observability Solutions to continuously improve the Datadog service offering.
Evaluate emerging observability capabilities and AI-driven operations solutions.

Educational qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience :
8+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solution architecture, platform engineering, or observability-focused role.
Hands-on experience with at least one leading observability or APM platform:
Datadog certification and practical implementation experience.
Experience with OpenTelemetry and observability standards.
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
