Job summary

Nagarro is expanding its observability capabilities and seeking a DevOps professional skilled in Datadog instrumentation across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will design dashboards, monitors, and SLOs, while configuring end-to-end observability for cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure. You will implement Terraform scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and rigorous incident response aligned with ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing end-to-end Datadog observability for cloud-native apps.
• Design and maintain dashboards, monitors, alerts, and SLOs.
• Configure instrumentation across AWS and Azure.
• Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for Datadog.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines for Datadog deployments.

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring for Devops, Strong hands Implement and manage Datadog instrumentation across Infrastructure, APM, Synthetic Monitoring, Database Monitoring, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Design, develop, and maintain Datadog dashboards, monitors, alerts, SLOs, and log pipelines.
• Configure end-to-end observability solutions for cloud-native and enterprise applications.
• Ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage across applications, databases, infrastructure, and services.
• Optimize monitoring strategies to improve visibility, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Deploy and manage Datadog integrations across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for Datadog configurations and infrastructure automation.
• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for Datadog deployments and integrations.
• Automate monitoring onboarding, alerting, and dashboard provisioning processes.
• Support cloud-based enterprise applications with scalable monitoring solutions.
• Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve monitoring maturity and service reliability.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks, operational standards, and best practices.
• Support service reviews and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Configure and manage monitoring for infrastructure, applications, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Analyze logs, metrics, traces, and events to identify system bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Provide guidance on observability best practices and monitoring standards.
• Integrate Datadog with enterprise tools and operational workflows.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to monitoring architecture and tooling.
• Work closely with Development, DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Support teams.
• Gather monitoring requirements and translate them into scalable observability solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide support, training, and knowledge sharing on Datadog platform capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
