Job summary

IonIdea in Kolkata is seeking an experienced IT monitoring specialist to optimize performance using Datadog, Grafana and New Relic. You will design dashboards and alerts for real-time visibility of IT systems.

Collaborate with development teams to resolve tool-related issues and provide expert-level support for incident resolution. Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Strong understanding of Datadog, Grafana, New Relic tools and their applications.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure.
