Job summary

YES IT Labs LLC in India is seeking enthusiastic Technical Consultants for a non-coding, client-facing role within IT services. You will act as a bridge between client requirements and technical solutions, drafting proposals and communicating with global clients.

The position is suitable for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience. You will collaborate with developers, designers, PMs, and transform bids into signed projects while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or related IT certifications.
• Strong interest in IT systems, functional flows, and technical architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with web development concepts and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using freelancing/bidding portals is a plus.
• Logical reasoning ability and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per client time zones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand new client requirements to identify project opportunities.

• Create structured documentation such as proposals, SRS, and technical plans.

• Submit customized technical responses with approach, questions, and solutions.
