TTEC Mumbai is hiring Chat Technical Support Representatives for our Goregaon, Mumbai location. You will assist customers and resolve their technical queries through written communication channels, including chat, text, email, and other non-verbal platforms.

The role requires 6 months+ experience in tech support or strong written communication and a willingness to work a 24/7 shift. Onsite opportunity with a salary of 30,000–38,000 INR per month plus NSA, incentives, and overtime where
