Job summary

TTEC in Mumbai's Goregaon is seeking a Chat Technical Support Representative onsite to assist customers with technical issues via chat. You will resolve inquiries quickly and communicate clearly in writing, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of tech support or a IT/IS degree, with a base wage of 30,000–38,000 INR per month plus performance bonuses. This role offers a supportive culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of technical support and troubleshooting experience OR a degree in IT/IS or a related field.
• Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling.
• You lead by example and work with your team to contribute to the overall success of your client program.
• Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation, researching potential solutions and making recommendations.
• A technology solution-oriented mindset to ensure happy customers.
• Comfortable working to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
