Zusammenfassung

Endo is seeking a Technical Assistant - Warehouse to ensure cGMP compliance, SOP adherence and efficient warehouse operations. The role involves cleaning, material receipt, storage, dispensing, and ERP data updates within the QA framework.

The incumbent will perform daily checks, environmental monitoring, calibration tasks, and coordination with QC to support regulatory and customer audits while maintaining accurate online records.

Aufgaben

• Cleaning of warehouse on day-to-day basis as per SOP. Cleaning of racks, walls, ceiling and dispensing accessories as per SOP.
• Cleaning of sampling and dispensing booth.
• Environmental monitoring and updation of documents.
• Daily verification & tri-monthly calibration of warehouse balances as per SOP.
• Perform supervisor activities for cleaning, line clearance and dispensing during routine operations.
• Dispensing of raw material and packing material as per Batch document and SOP.
• Dispensing activities through Formweigh.Net system.
• Coordinate with QC for sampling of raw and packing materials.
• Receipt and storage of raw material and packing material as per SOP.
• Unloading of material during receipt and loading of FG during dispatch.
• ERP updation for all warehouse transactions; updation of locations in ERP as per physical.
• On-the-job and SOP training from Supervisor / Head of department.
• Follow Supervisor instructions, company regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Documentation done online and accurate.
• All warehouse records filled and signed online by personnel.
• Any other activities assigned by Supervisor / Head of the department.

4. Responsible to face regulatory and customer audits.
5. Ensure to follow quality culture in organization.

Key Responsibilities :
