Par Health, Inc. seeks a Technical Assistant - Warehouse in Tamil Nadu to support quality and compliance in manufacturing operations.

You will ensure cGMP and SOP adherence, help face regulatory and customer audits, and maintain ALCOA++ records while keeping trainings overdue at zero. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing warehouse areas, environmental monitoring, material receipt and storage, ERP updates, inventory accuracy, line clearance, and coordination with QC for sampling.

Aufgaben

• Clean warehouse areas, racks, walls, ceilings and dispensing accessories as per SOP.
• Clean sampling and dispensing booth.
• Environmental monitoring and document updation.
• Daily verification and tri-monthly calibration of warehouse balances per SOP.
• Perform supervisor activities for cleaning, line clearance and dispensing during operations.
• Dispense raw and packing materials per batch documents and SOP.
• Execute dispensing activities through Formweigh.Net.
• Coordinate with QC for sampling of raw and packing materials.
• Receive and store raw and packing materials per SOP.
• Unload material on receipt and load FG on dispatch.
• ERP updation for all warehouse transactions and update locations as per physical.
• Obtain on-the-job and SOP training from Supervisor/Head of Department.
• Follow supervisor instructions, company regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Ensure online and accurate documentation and sign-off of warehouse records.
• Perform any other activities assigned by Supervisor/Head of Department.

• Responsible to face regulatory and customer audits.
• Ensure to follow quality culture in organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of warehouse on day-to-day basis as per SOP. Cleaning of racks, walls, ceiling and dispensing accessories as per SOP.
• Cleaning of sampling and dispensing booth.
• Environmental monitoring and updation of documents.
• Ensure the Daily Verification & Tri monthly calibration of Warehouse balances as per SOP.
• Responsible to perform the supervisor activity for cleaning, line clearance and dispensing during routine operations.
• Dispensing of raw material and packing material as per Batch document and SOP.
• Perform the dispensing activities through Formweigh.Net system.
• Coordination with QC person for sampling of Raw & Packing materials.
• Receipt, storage of raw material and packing material as per SOP.
• Unloading of material during receipt and loading of FG during dispatch.
• ERP updation for all warehouse transactions. Updation of Locations in ERP as per physical.
• Obtain On the job and SOP training from Supervisor / Head of the department.
• Follow the Supervisors instruction, company regulation and cGMP requirements.
• To ensure the documentation is done online and accurate.
• To ensure all warehouse records are filled and signed online by the personnel.
• Any other activities assigned by the Supervisor / Head of the department.
