Job summary

High Glory Footwear is seeking a skilled leader to oversee daily surface treatment operations, including chemical etching, teflon coating, electroplating, and nano electroplating for mold manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on footwear process experience, strong technical expertise in surface treatment, and at least 2 years of leading or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on SOP development and process standardization to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor degree or Post graduate in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily surface treatment operations, including Chemical Etching, Teflon Coating, Electroplating, and Nano Electroplating processes for mold manufacturing.
• Manage production planning, manpower allocation, task scheduling, and flexible production adjustments to meet business and operational requirements.
• Establish, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process standards, technical documentation, and assigned tasks from management to ensure process consistency and operational excellence.
• Ensure surface treatment activities meet quality, lead-time, productivity, and Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) requirements.
• Operate and oversee wastewater treatment equipment and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, chemical handling requirements, and company policies.

• 2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in footwear and strong technical expertise in Surface Treatment and 2 years of experience in leading or mentoring technical teams.
• 3. Demonstrated ability to develop SOPs, establish standard processes, and provide technical training and knowledge transfer.
• 4. Experience in process improvement and technical problem-solving is preferred.
• 5. Knowledge of local labor & environment laws and compliance requirements related to working hours, attendance management, and employee administration.
