Desire Consultancy Service seeks a hands-on professional to manage anodising, electroplating and powder coating processes in Jaipur. You will oversee surface-treatment parameters, monitor baths and curing, and work with production, quality and maintenance teams to ensure quality outcomes.

The role includes training operators, maintaining SOPs, and controlling consumable costs to minimize waste and defects. Strong problem-solving skills and a cooperative approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with surface treatment processes is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
