Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to provide Windows/Mac software and hardware support for the Trader Workstation. You will assist customers via phone, chat and email, handling connectivity issues and Java configurations while coordinating with internal teams to resolve bugs.
The role requires 2+ years in technical support, strong English communication, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
