Job summary

Interactive Brokers India is seeking professionals with international BPO experience and strong communication to handle client inquiries via inbound calls, email, and chat. You will gain thorough knowledge of IB products on global exchanges and assist clients with opening and funding accounts.

You’ll help clients use the Trader Workstation, explain margin requirements, investigate trade issues and order executions, and stay informed on securities regulations affecting customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Client services experience in the International BPO industry.
• University degree (Bachelors) required
• High level of MS Excel skills required
• Language skills: Fluent English
• Good quantitative/analytical skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills are required.

• Respond to retail and professional clients' inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat
• Obtain a thorough knowledge of products offered by IB on various global exchanges
