Job summary

Ex is seeking a techno-functional HR expert to drive digitization using Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and other SaaS HR solutions in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will lead deployments, coordinate with enabling function teams for implementation and operations, and drive analytics and improved user experience for HR processes.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership are essential to partner with HR leadership and deliver continuous enhancements across the HCM landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience driving HR digitization initiatives.
• Translate business needs into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion AI framework and AI agents.
• Data governance awareness and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with international or reputed clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and other SaaS HR solutions.

• Drive continuous enhancements, rollouts, and operational delivery of Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Partner with HR leadership to drive analytics and user experience improvements.
