Job summary

Shravanthi Shelters in Tirupati is seeking a PM/GM - Projects to lead on-site construction activities, manage the site team, and ensure quality and safety across villas or apartment floors. You will review drawings, coordinate with architects and consultants, and drive timely, budget-conscious delivery.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, overseeing contract administration, tracking progress, and reporting to head office with recovery plans where needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing the site team
• Responsible for overall Quality and Safety
• Review the drawings being issued for construction and reporting any proposed changes any implications raise to Architect & Structural Consultants etc
• Coordinate approvals of finishes, Materials used, Mock-ups and details executed on site by the Architect team & consultants if any other entities, as required.
• Contracting strategy, Contract Administration
• Project issues and updating or Reporting to Management and progress
• Daily Activity update and report to the Head office
• Coordinating with Architects, Consultants, Vendors etc., for design / drawings as per schedule
• Contractor RA Bill Checking on monthly basis
• Monitor the project based on approved schedule and get the work done from contractor
• Weekly arrange the Project Review meeting and for the month incorporate with consultant
• Evaluate and examine the adequacy of mobilization of all necessary resources at the site by the contracting agencies including men, material and equipment
• Calculation of the materials & equipments for the every month based on the progress
• Recommend for the training need to site and planning engineer
• To identify and finalize with outsourced venders and contractors.
• Engage the quality construction from different vendors as per the company specified Rates and terms and conditions prepare the reports periodically and submit to GM projects
• Prepare the reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget, and presents to Management with recovery plan.
• Executive to individual site area and responsibility for each activities and timely completion of the project.
• Manpower and Material planning and Mobilization
• Resolving technical issues with employers representative suppliers, sub contractors and statutory authorities
• Responsible for all activity on site like reinforcement work, shuttering work, concrete work, finishing work etc.
• Responsible for flooring, marbles, granites, tiles and plumbing works execution, materials procurement and utilization of materials at which places.
• Electrical work - Monitor the works whether executed as per the drawings provided and final completion
• Over all completion of the each villa or each floor of the apartment complex maintain the relationship with the contractors as well as with customers and execution of the work with utmost quality
