Job summary

Ahluwalia Contracts is seeking a capable project lead for high-rise building projects in Delhi. The role requires steering optimization efforts, distributing responsibilities among team members, and coordinating with the client’s main architect and internal teams to achieve timely optimization results.

You will prepare weekly progress reports across architectural, structural, and MEP teams, showcasing cost savings and ensuring project milestones align with contract timelines.

Responsibilities

• Relevant Experience in High Rise Building Project
• Lead role in controlling optimizations of project and divide responsibilities amongst team members
• Coordinate with main architect of client and internal team to complete the work of optimization in given time frame with desired optimization results
• Prepare weekly progress report of various teams of architectural, structural and MEP and present cost savings achieved for project undertaken
• Plan & execute construction project (Observe and follow the project time lines as per contract) along with MEP works
• Evaluate various construction methods & determine the most cost effective plan & schedule
• Monitor construction activities. Implement and monitor project execution plan and ensure compliance with project budget
• Implementing, monitoring and maintaining Quality Standards at the project with Safety health and environment plan as per ISO norms and clients requirement/expectations
