Configure the LMS after undergoing training, including uploading new courses (lesson plans and supporting documents) and creating interactivities (using the chosen course authoring tool or interactivity creation tools).
Facilitate the escalation and resolution of IT issues connected to the learning management system and/or external tools.
Collaborate with the Curriculum team to create effective learning courses and learning experiences according to pedagogical/instructional design best practices.
Collaborate with teachers (referred to as Cheerleaders) in composing effective technology‑infused, content‑based lessons and support the teachers as they implement the lessons in their classrooms.
Resolve tech‑related queries from parents and teachers with the help of the tech team.
Conduct training and create guideline documents of tech products and processes.
Assist in evaluating new tech products and services.
Experience: Must connect with users and solve tech‑related queries; should have worked on a learning management system, performed bulk upload of users using CSV files, and be fluent in English and Hindi to provide LMS induction training to new users (teacher/parent/learner).
Total Experience: 0 to 6 years.
Computer Skills: Excel, Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets), basic hardware troubleshooting (e.g., camera, audio in Zoom meetings), and basic MIS to maintain an update sheet to inform management of queries resolved daily.
