Description

GSPANN is hiring a Tech Program Manager to lead large-scale Order Management System programs, driving delivery across retail and e-commerce platforms with strong stakeholder alignment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Drive OMS-related programs, including implementations, platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and executive leadership to define program objectives and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional teams, project dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions while driving program outcomes and value realization.
• Drive decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment across diverse teams and organizational levels.
• Manage program health through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), milestones, and delivery metrics, proactively addressing potential risks and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across different regions and time zones to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive best practices in program management, Agile delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

• Bring domain experience across Retail, E-commerce, or Digital Commerce platforms.
• Demonstrate strong experience as a Technical Program Manager leading large, complex technology programs from inception through delivery.
• Bring hands-on experience delivering Order Management System (OMS) programs, including implementations, upgrades, or platform transformations.
• Demonstrate strong technical depth with a solid understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply strong stakeholder management skills while working closely with business leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and executive sponsors.
• Work with globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and program governance skills, with the ability to drive alignment and delivery across diverse stakeholders.
