As a Support Engineer in the Infrastructure Automation Tech Operations team, you will resolve problems, mitigate risks, and ensure a customer‑obsessed experience. You will work on services with a direct impact on customer experience, learn and work on distributed systems, troubleshoot and solve complex problems, solve a variety of challenges, grow the knowledge of peers through collaboration, identify areas for improvement, drive improvement projects, whiteboard ideas, define support processes for technologies, and mentor other engineers. You will work flexible hours, 5 days a week, with occasional weekend shifts as part of 24/7 operation. Night shift hours include 10 PM‑6 AM IST or 1 PM‑10 PM IST.
