Qualifications

• Hands-on Nexthink administration in an enterprise environment.
• Backend/server administration, console management and analytics.
• REST API integrations and scripting with PowerShell/Bash.
• Nexthink Administrator certification is advantageous.
• ITSM & domain knowledge: incident & problem management.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations.
• Excellent English communication; flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer Nexthink in an enterprise environment including backend/server tasks.
• Manage console access, analytics, and platform integrations via REST APIs.
• Develop scripts in PowerShell and Bash to automate workflows.
• Contribute to incident and problem management within ITSM processes.
• Design investigations and reports using Nexthink Analytics.
