Job summary

Intelehealth in Hyderabad, India seeks a Tech Lead Web App to guide the full stack development of the core platform. You will drive architecture decisions, optimize performance, and mentor a team of 4–7 developers to deliver high‑quality releases.

Role requires 6–8 years of backend/frontend experience with leadership exposure, Node.js (Express/NestJS), REST/GraphQL, and cloud/container familiarity. Join us to advance health tech for underserved regions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience with at least 2 years leading a team.
• BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA degree.
• Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (Express/NestJS).
• Strong understanding of full stack development.
• Experience with REST API and GraphQL.
• Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Microservices architecture and API Gateway concepts.
• CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
• Security best practices (OWASP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design & development of Intelehealth's complete web stack.
• Solve architectural, scalability & performance issues.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Single PoC for all activities in the Web app/FSD team - Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges
• Build efficient, testable and reusable modules
• Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop web application features
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time.
• Work closely with Director of Product Development to deliver product releases
• Review code of team members
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that team members can understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitoring team members' productivity to ensure high quality deliverables on time
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Hire and train new team members
• Lead team of 4-7 Full Stack Developers
