We are looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can drive end‑to‑end development, lead a team of engineers, and architect scalable, high‑performance applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

As a Tech Lead, you will –

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full‑stack applications.
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend).
• Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
