Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Karnataka to lead and mentor a global development team. You will shape architecture, design scalable solutions, and drive best practices across backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (React, JavaScript, HTML5).

Experience with AWS, API automation, and TDD/BDD is required. The role emphasizes collaboration in an Agile environment, multi-site coordination, and delivering secure, maintainable software for healthcare applications.

• Technical lead responsibility to support and mentor the development team.
• Contribute towards the Architecture, Design and technical debt of the product.
• Analyze Requirements & Design Solutions: Interpret business and customer requirements, participate in technical discussions, and design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Backend Development: Develop RESTful Web APIs and backend services using C# and .NET technologies.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Database & Integration: Design and implement data models, integrate with databases and third-party services, and ensure optimal performance.
• Unit Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests using xUnit/MS Test and follow TDD/BDD practices where applicable.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Review code within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring compliance with coding standards, performance guidelines, and business constraints.
• Cloud Contribution: Leverage AWS cloud services by evaluating and selecting the most suitable components for scalable and cost-efficient solutions.

Desired Knowledge & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in full stack design and development.
• Experience working in multi-site or global teams.
• Strong proficiency in: C# / .NET technologies, Web API development, React, JavaScript, HTML5
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in API automation using C#.
• Knowledge of BDD, TDD, MS Test, xUnit.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Healthcare will be an added advantage
