Job summary

Intelehealth, a mission-driven nonprofit in India, is seeking a senior mobile engineer to lead the design and development of its Android and React Native app stack. The role requires guiding architecture choices, performance optimizations, and delivering high-quality features.

You will work with system architects, tech leads, and product leadership to ship releases, mentor the team, and ensure robust, scalable mobile experiences across devices.

Qualifications

• Btech/MTech/MCA/BCA or equivalent degree.
• 6-8 years of experience with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin/Java) and React Native.
• Solid knowledge of MVVM and mobile app architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Android and React Native apps.

Job Description

• Lead the design & development of Intelehealth's complete mobile application stack (Android & React Native).
• Lead the design & development of Intelehealth’s complete Android based mobile app.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
• Single PoC for all activities in the Android mobile app team Lead from the front & help team in overcoming technical challenges.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules.
• Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop mobile application features.
• Ability to lead multiple projects technically simultaneously and complete tasks on time.
• Work closely with System Architect, Tech Lead and Director of Product Development to deliver product releases.
  

Requirements

Education : Btech, Mtech, MCA, BCA.

Experience : 6-8 Yrs with mini 2 yrs experience in leading a team.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in Android (Kotlin, Java) and React Native.
