Selah Digital is looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack Developer) to take ownership of our development initiatives across client projects and internal products.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will contribute to architecture and technical decision-making, guide the development team, and remain actively involved in development. You will work closely with clients, leadership, product, and design teams to turn business requirements into scalable and secure technology solutions.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Own the technical architecture and engineering approach for assigned projects.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.

• Take ownership of internal software projects and products , from initial idea and technical research through development and implementation.

Who We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience; 5+ years is also welcome.
• At least 1-2 years of senior/lead-level experience, either through a formal leadership role or demonstrated technical ownership.
• Strong understanding and experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with application architecture and making technical decisions.
• Experience guiding developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical implementation.
• Familiarity with FHIR and HL7, particularly FHIR resource structures and APIs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project planning, estimation, client communication, and stakeholder management.
