VVDN Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram seeks an experienced BOM/ECN specialist to drive DFM/DFA validation, stencil and fixture development, and ERP/SAP updates for PCB assemblies.

You will collaborate with Mechanical, Production, Quality and NPI teams, lead root-cause analysis, manage ECO/PCN processes, and support customers with technical discussions to ensure smooth manufacturing flows.

Formación

• Must have strong knowledge of BOM Validation and ECN/PCN management.
• Experience in DFM/DFA and Gerber validation using Valor NPI.
• Hands-on stencil, wave pallet, and fixture development experience.
• Good understanding of PCBA assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems and engineering documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams effectively.
• Exposure to SMT/THT manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proactive attitude with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades
