The ideal candidate will lead and mentor junior members, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy across critical business processes, in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ETL development and data pipelines.

• Experience supporting production data environments and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Develop and support complex SQL and PL/SQL programs for data integration, transformation, and reporting.
• Utilize Python and SAS for data processing, automation, analysis, and operational support.
• Provide production support for critical business processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support month-end and period-end business operations, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.
• Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and effectively understand, document, and transition processes from existing teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data-related issues, and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members as required.
