Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server to steer enterprise data and analytics initiatives. You will lead architecture, development, and mentoring across data platforms and cloud modernization efforts.

The role requires strong leadership, deep hands-on expertise in Snowflake, Fabric, and SQL Server, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or BI solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture, Development, and Administration.
• Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, and OneLake.
• SQL Server Development, Database Design, and Performance Tuning.
• Advanced SQL, ETL/ELT Development, and Data Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server.
• Architect enterprise data warehouse, lakehouse, and analytics platforms.
• Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server to lead enterprise data and analytics initiatives. The role combines technical leadership, architecture, development, and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data solutions using Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server.
• Architect enterprise data warehouse, lakehouse, and analytics platforms.
• Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration frameworks.
• Drive cloud migration, modernization, and platform transformation initiatives.
• Define and enforce data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and access management across platforms.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical design workshops, architecture reviews, and solution assessments.
• Develop and maintain data models, metadata standards, and data quality frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or BI solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Architecture, Development, and Administration.
• Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, and OneLake.
• SQL Server Development, Database Design, and Performance Tuning.
• Advanced SQL, ETL/ELT Development, and Data Modeling.
• Python and/or PySpark.
• Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Data Governance, and Security.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data projects.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• MSBI: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI.
• Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Synapse Analytics, Azure DevOps.
• Fivetran, Qlik Replicate, Talend, Informatica, Databricks, Microsoft Purview.
• Snowflake SnowPro and Microsoft Fabric/Azure certifications.
• Experience in cloud migration and data modernization programs.
